Care Instructions are provided to achieve the best results, but there is NO guarantee of how it will heal. We do not have control over what happens during the healing process.

A $50 deposit is necessary to make an appointment to secure your appointment. It is important to remember that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. All this is to make sure you are serious about booking an appointment. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

It is essential to know that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. If less than 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Being more than 30 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. Please, contact us if you are running late OR as soon as you know you will be late for the appointment. A new deposit of $50 will be required for rebooking a further charge if you are more than 30 minutes late (exceptions may apply IF it is less than 1 hour late AND no other scheduling conflicts will be created due to the delay) or do not show up. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you have had your eyebrows micro-bladed or had other procedures in the eyebrow area before, we must ensure you are eligible for our brow services. Therefore we will require a picture of your current brows without makeup before booking an appointment. ​​

Touch-ups must be booked no sooner than four weeks for tattoos, or six weeks for PMU, following your appointment. It is necessary to allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done.
